Optimizing the Supply Chain

BSH ACM is a SCM solution designed to manage the receipt and shipment of merchandise in warehouses. It helps reduce the time it takes from when merchandise arrives at the warehouse until it is available for sale to the public in the chain’s retail spaces and/or service/fulfillment locations. By automating the receiving process, errors associated with manual labor are eliminated, and warehouse processes are accelerated, providing reliable and timely information to the company’s internal systems.

APC provides the following features to warehouse staff and cost accounting/accounting staff:

  • Automated inspection of incoming goods using rugged Symbol devices (IP54) equipped with scanners.
  • For the receipt of goods from external suppliers, APC automatically generates the incoming document (invoice or shipping manifest) in electronic format for processing by accounting, cost accounting, or ERP systems.
  • Automated inspection of incoming goods using rugged Symbol devices (IP54) equipped with scanners.
  • Report on receiving exceptions (missing items, shrinkage, product substitutions, others).
  • Selection of products/suppliers to receive or audit.
  • For internal transfers between locations or between warehouses and locations within the same chain, BSH APC provides automatic verification of incoming goods against the electronic document (invoice or shipping manifest).
