Development of the company’s platform technology blueprint. This may include: servers, services, operating systems, core applications, security applications, data backup applications, network architecture, among others.

Development of a platform cost and maintenance plan (Total Cost of Ownership) in accordance with the client’s budget.

Review and selection of maintenance, support, and/or outsourcing contracts with external companies, if required.

Selection, training, and mentoring of the client’s IT staff to ensure operational continuity of the platform.

Creation and review of internal processes and policies related to the daily operation, access, availability, and security of the platform and information.
